Surfing Lessons in Daytona Beach

Surfing Lessons are more fun in a group! Just another day at our surf school in Daytona Beach Shores!

Surfing Lessons for all ages and skill levels are available at the Daytona Board Store. The board store is located on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores and we hold a summer surf school and surf lessons by appointment year round.

Surfing is a passion for many people in the world, it is often described more as a lifestyle than a hobby, and it's a great way to stay in shape that you can pursue your entire life. It can be a little tough to figure out where to start though, which is where surf lessons or a surf school come in. Surfing lessons will teach the basics of paddling, how to "pop-up" to your feet after catching the wave, and how to turn down the line for the best experience and longest tide.

Kids that are looking to learn how to surf can take lessons at our surf school that takes place every week over the summer. Kids can come for a day, a week, or multiple weeks. Surfing is a sport that requires a lot of practice, so we recommend at least a week-long lesson and many of our students find that coming back for the second week, really cements the skills and they are able to paddle and catch waves on their own.
